Have you;
- Been feeling stressed about not falling pregnant?
- Been told by a fertility specialist that you have unexplained infertility?
- Invested in IVF many times with no success and feel you are starting to lose hope?
- Trying to fall naturally and all the test have come back as fine yet you still aren’t pregnant?
- Charting your cycle, taking your temperature and feeling that every moment is spent obsessing or focusing on getting pregnant?
- Concerned about another miscarriage after experiencing complications or loss of a baby before?
- Already got a child but can’t seem to fall pregnant again?
- Feel you are nearing the end of your fertility journey; your body clock is ticking and you are willing to try anything?
I understand. I am here to help you enhance your fertility, reduce stress and improve your chances of a healthy pregnancy.
Reduce stress around conceiving
The desire to have a baby of your own is often very strong, but when pregnancy doesn’t happen as easily as expected many women become obsessed with the idea of trying to conceive.
Many women feel like everyone around them is pregnant or having children effortlessly and wonder “why that is not happening for me?”. The truth is you are not alone as one in six couples today experience difficulties conceiving.
In todays’ fast paced world, increasing work and family pressures create stress and tension which affect our bodies and our natural balance of fertility. For couples trying to conceive an endless cycle of fertility drugs and invasive medical procedures can create constant pressure around falling pregnant, further increasing their stress levels.
It is possible to reduce your stress, enhance your fertility and enjoy a healthy full term pregnancy.
Enhance your Fertility
I help couples conceive using a holistic mind-body approach to your fertility. This includes working with men to boost their sperm quality, quantity and mental preparedness for fatherhood, and assisting women to enhance, balance and improve health, fertility and mental outlook around pregnancy and motherhood. I work to ensure both your mind and body are ready and receptive for pregnancy.
IVF treatments can be invasive and cause additional stress and anxiety around conception. These stresses can spiral us down into negative and depressing though patterns. Learning how to relax yourself, balance your hormones and have a more positive outlook in preparation and throughout treatments will ensure you are more physically and emotionally prepared and open to pregnancy.
Together we will enhance your body’s natural state of fertility, reduce stress and any negative thoughts to ensure you are prepared and emotionally balanced to enjoy a healthy pregnancy.
Research Studies
A recent study conducted by Alice Domar, PhD[1] published on 1 June 2011 in Fertility and Sterility, a publication of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, shows that women who participate in a mind-body program for stress reduction while undergoing IVF treatment have a significantly higher pregnancy rate than those who do not (52% versus 20%)[2].
A 2004 study conducted by Prof. Eliahu Levatis found the success rate of IVF doubled when subjects underwent Hypnosis during implantation.
